Game progress on your device
The game stores stage numbers, board arrangements, moves and Undo history, completion records, local unlock status, and display/audio preferences on your device. It does not require a PuzzleGM game account and does not upload these game saves to a PuzzleGM server. Android automatic backup is disabled for this app.
Save recovery may retain a backup, a temporary save, or an archived damaged save. These files remain on the device until deleted. Choose Delete local progress on the home screen to remove game progress, settings and these save copies. Uninstalling the app also removes its local app data.
Deleting local progress does not delete Google's advertising or transaction records, or reset consent records maintained by Google's SDK.
Advertising and consent
The app integrates Google's Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform for rewarded ads and consent messages. Advertising services may process IP addresses, device identifiers, interactions with ads, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure advertising and prevent fraud. The exact data and available choices depend on service settings, region and your choices.
Google describes its handling in the Google Privacy Policy and Mobile Ads data disclosure. Android settings provide controls for the advertising ID. Final release data handling and regional consent behavior are still being verified.
Purchases
Google Play processes optional purchases. The current integration uses the product identifier, purchase state, acknowledgement state and purchase token returned by Google Play to process or restore access. Tokens are handled in memory; the local permanent-unlock flag is stored in the game save. The game does not receive payment card details.
Google retains purchase information under its own policies. Deleting local progress does not cancel a purchase. Purchase and restore flows are still being tested before release. This description will be reviewed if server-side purchase verification is added.
Support emails
If you email PuzzleGM, your email address and the information you provide are used to respond to your request. Avoid sending payment card details or unrelated sensitive information.
Support correspondence, including your email address and the information you send, is retained for 90 days after your inquiry is resolved and then deleted from the support mailbox. To request earlier deletion, contact the email address above.
Items to finalize before release
- Audience, release regions, and applicable privacy choices.
- Final advertising and purchase data handling, sharing and security procedures.
- Website hosting data handling and any required website privacy disclosures.
- The effective date and consistency with the released game and its Google Play Data safety declaration.
